Creme De Menthe Cheesecake
Creme De Menthe candies add the perfect flavor to this cheesecake.
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 4 teaspoon green Creme de Menthe
- 1 Chocolate Flavored Pie Crust
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, mix until blended, and then blend in Creme De Menthe. Pour into piecrust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
