Dear Abby Pecan Pie
Dear Abby once published a pecan pie recipe, you can make the same pecan pie recipe she published years ago.
- 1 unbaked Pie Crust
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup Pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first six ingredients together, and top with nuts. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. It done when the toothpick comes out clean. Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
