These make a yummy side dish!
- 2 cans (16 ounce each) whole white potatoes, drained
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt (Lawry's is the best!)
- 2-3 tablespoon grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Place potatoes in an ungreased 8 inch square baking dish. Pour butter over potatoes. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, cheese and parsley. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.Print Recipe
