From cookie exchange 2003, from Sara Blackmon. These were very delicious cookies! I love these cookies, as they have very few ingredients, and can be made quickly.
These corn cruncher cookies are so easy to make.
- 1 cup butter
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup cornflakes crushed
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients, but cornflakes. Roll into marble-sized balls, Roll in crushed cornflakes flatten and bake for 5 to 10 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
