Ingredients

  • 1 can garbonzo beans
  • 1 can red beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1/4 cup diced red onions
  • 1/8 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pickled jalapeno

Bean Salad Dressing

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Bean Salad Dressing

  • In a small bowl add vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.  Stir well to combine.
  • Rinse and drain red beans, black beans, and garbanzo beans. Place beans in a medium-sized bowl.   Add onions, cilantro, and jalapeno peppers to the beans, and mix well.
  • Pour over bean salad dressing and toss to coat Cover and set in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to let the flavors blend.

Modifications you can make to this recipe. Don’t this recipe stop you could add red bell pepper,  an orange bell pepper, or a green onion for added flavors.
