I would like to see a copycat of Brown’s Fried Chicken, Brown’s Cole Slaw and Brown’s Fried Mushrooms. Browns is a local chain in the Chicago area with some locations throughout IL and IN. I haven’t lived in that area for nearly 3 decades and really miss it.
