  • 1 pound butter
  • 2 cup white sugar
  • 2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 cup self-rising flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


  • Cream butter and sugars. Stir in eggs and sift in dry ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients and add chocolate chips last. Bake in 375 oven until done.
