This is an incredibly tasty casserole that can double as a dip. This recipe came from Kaelinn. She notes that the amount of chicken can vary greatly depending on what you have.
Chicken Stuff Casserole
- 1 1/2 pounds cooked chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole. Mix all ingredients well. Top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes. This can be served as a main dish, or as a dip.
