  • 1 1/2 pounds cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole. Mix all ingredients well. Top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes. This can be served as a main dish, or as a dip.
