Heavenly 24 Hour Fruit Salad

Heavenly 24 hour salad – Sometimes a recipe name really doesn’t do a recipe justice.  This would be one of those recipes.  My great grandmother would make this wonderful sweet creamy fruit salad every year for Christmas.  These features orange juice, sour cream, bananas, pineapples, bing cherries, marshmallows and so much more.

To serve the salad, first spread a bottom layer of fruit salad, then a middle layer of the coconut and dried fruit mixture, and finally a top layer of vanilla cream. Decorate with mint leaves.

    Enjoy your dessert!
