    I tried the recipe today and I will say it is a good starter recipe. I added a little extra salt and sugar, and a little water to thin the batter out. Needless to say these were the best pancakes I had ever made.

    But it is heavy . I tried this recipe 3 days in a row, tried to make it fluffy.
    Would grade this recipe 100% if it is as fluffy as premixed store bought recipe.

    I made these yesterday. They were divine! They tasted a lot like IHOP! I cooked one batch with vegetable oil and one batch with butter. The vegetable oil worked better. This recipe is definitely a keeper in my book!!!
