- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 2 pounds broccoli
- 4 tablespoons garlic finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Saute the garlic in the olive oil. Add the chicken and cook until done. Remove to platter. Add the broccoli and saute until crisp tender. Put the chicken back into the pan and toss together. Add the cheese and a healthy amount of freshly ground pepper. Serve with additional cheese.
