Meat Ball Soup
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans Campbell’s Bean with Bacon, Minestrone, Tomato or Vegetable soup
- 2 cup water
Instructions
- Season beef with salt and pepper; shape into 36 meatballs. In saucepan, brown meat balls (use shortening if necessary); cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Pour off fat. Stir in soup and water. Heat; stir occasionally. Makes about 7 cups.
