Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups seedless grapes green or red
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds for garnish
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Toast almonds a few minutes at 400 degrees. Set aside. Mix and chill all other ingredients. Serve on lettuce-lined platter. Garnish with almonds.
