Rice Krispie Pie

This Rice Krispie pie is so easy to make.

  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/2 cup Marshmallow Cream
  • 1 quart ice cream your choice


  • Melt the butter and blend with marshmallow cream. Add Rice Krispies and mix. Put in a greased pie pan, and shape into crust. Fill the crust with ice cream and freeze. When ready to serve, top with fresh fruit or your favorite ice cream topping.
