Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats

- 10 ounces Marshmallows
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 6 cups of Rice Krispies
- 3 tablespoons peanut powder
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces chopped chocolate
In a medium-sized saucepan over medium-low heat, add marshmallows, peanut powder, and butter. Stir until melted and well-blended.
Add cereal and stir until well coated.
Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly and firmly in buttered 13 x 9-inch pan.
Allow the treats to cool to room temperature before adding the chocolate.
Make ganache by heating 1/2 cup of heavy cream in a small saucepan until it boils.
Turn off the heat and add chopped chocolate. Stir until the mixture is smooth and uniform. Spread over the cookies.
Cut when the chocolate sets. You may want to store these in the refrigerator.
