Nutella
Instructions
Place the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center.
Crack the eggs into the well along with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 1/2 cup of milk, and the salt.
Blend until smooth.
Add the vanilla and the remaining milk to the batter and mix well.
Let the batter rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before making the crepes.
When ready to cook crepes, add a little oil to a well-seasoned or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Pour ¼ cup of batter into the skillet and swirl the skillet around to spread out the batter on the surface.
Cook until the underside is golden brown and can be lifted.
Flip the crepe and cook it on the other side for about a minute longer.
Place the crepe on a plate.
Spread a couple of teaspoons of Nutella on the crepe and fold it over.
Continue making crepes until the remaining batter and Nutella are used.
Dust the crepes with powdered sugar before serving.
