Ingredients

  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 cups Soya sauce
  • 1 Whole ginger chopped fine
  • 4 pounds fresh traveli barramundi,queen fish or king fish.
  • 3 large onions chopped fine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups hot vegetable oil
  • 10 red chilies

Instructions

  • Chop fish in stripes add vinegar Soya sauce ginger chilies. Mix thoroughly. Add hot oil juice of lemon salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
