Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups diced Rhubarb
  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients in order given. Divide dough and put into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
