Quick Chili – a tried and true family recipe.

A quick pot of chili really hits the spot after a long day of work.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 14 ounce tomato soup
  • 14 ounces chili beans in chili sauce
  • 10.5 ounces beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder or more if you like
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place hamburger and onion in frying pan and cook until done. Drain grease off. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 10 to 12 minutes before serving.
