Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Roll the cookie dough into 1-inch balls. Place the balls on an ungreased cookie sheet and use a fork to smash them, creating a cross-hatch (#) sign with the fork.
Bake in the preheated oven until lightly golden, about 8 to 10 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
