Benihana Super Salad Dressing

W–e revisit Benihana for another salad dressing, why not prepare a fresh salad dressing for your dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Soybean Oil
  • 1/2 cup White Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons MSG
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 cup sliced Celery
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped Onion

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in an electric blender. Mix at medium speed for 3-5 seconds until celery is finely grated. Add dressing to the salad and toss. Serves 6 to 8 people and makes 1 1/2 cup dressing.
