  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed chili pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic


  • Mix all ingredients together well. Store in an airtight bottle or jar. Chill several hours before serving. Shake well before serving.
