Ingredients

cream corn

milk

beaten

minced onion

saltine cracker crumbs
breadcrumbs or panko bread crumbs are ok
Instructions
Preheat oven ro 350 dgrees.
In a medium sized pot heat corn and milk over medium heat.
Add a beaten egg, then add in chopped onion, chopped pimento, and salt.
Pour into a greased 8 inch round baking dish.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
