Ingredients

  • 15 ounces chickpeas 1 can drained
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon tahini or peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor.  Pulse until the hummus has a creamy texture.
