Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 16 ounces pumpkin puree
  • 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together the first five ingredients and then slowly add in the dry ingredients. Bake for one hour, or until done.
