Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sift together sugar, baking soda, all-purpose flour, and salt.
Bring butter and water to rapid boil and pour over dry ingredients.
Add to the dry ingredients combined with the butter, the buttermilk, vanilla, and eggs. Stir to combine.
Lightly grease a jelly roll pan with non-stick spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
