Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing at low speed after each addition until well blended. Blend in sour cream, and pour over brownie bottom. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool before removing from the rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.
