Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, beat the butter, sugar, eggs, flour, and cornmeal until well blended.
Add the pineapple, coconut, and vanilla and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the pie shell and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out almost clean.
