Instructions
Combine crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of the 13x9 inch pan. Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla; pour over crust. Bake at 375 degrees, 30 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes. Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread over cheesecake. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees.
Cool; chill. Serve with cherry or strawberry pie filling. Makes 16 servings.
