  • 2 pounds pork chops
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup uncooked Rice
  • 10 1/4 ounces cream or tomato soup
  • 1 cup water


  • Brown pork chops. Cook rice according to package directions. Place a slice of onion on top of each chop; sprinkle with salt and cooked rice over top. Pour soup and water over chops. Cover; bake 1 hour and 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
