Celery sticks and blue cheese dressing

Instructions
Prepare an egg wash by beating the egg together with the water in a small bowl.
In another bowl, combine the breading and the spices and mix well.
Combine the melted butter with the hot sauce and vinegar and mix well.
Dip the shrimp in the egg wash and then coat with the breading mixture.
Fry the breaded shrimp in a deep fryer at 350°F.
Place the fried shrimp in a container with the hot sauce mixture and shake well.
Serve with celery and blue cheese.
