2Russet potatoeswashed, not peeled, cut into wedges
1 1/2tablespoonsolive oil
1/2teaspoonpaprika
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspooncayenne pepper
1teaspoonsea salt
1/4teaspoonground black pepper
1/2cupfreshly shredded Parmesean cheese for garnishing
1/4cupfreshly chopped parsleyfor garnishing
Instructions
Place all potato wedges in a large bowl of cold water. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
When chill time is complete, pour olive oil and all seasonings into a large gallon sized Ziploc bag. Place potato wedges in the bag and shake to coat the wedges entirely.
Place the wedges inside the air fryer. If they are touching one another, that’s okay. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with fresh parmesan cheese and parsley.
Recipe Tips
When slicing your potato wedges, try to keep the size & thickness consistent. This will ensure all of your potatoes are cooked equally.
For more of a kick, add an extra ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper and dip with a Sriracha Ketchup sauce.
