Ingredients

water

potatoes
washed, peeled, and cut into large chunks

tablespoons
butter

tablespoons
cream or milk

black pepper
Instructions
Pour the water into your Instant Pot, and place the steamer insert over the water.
Cook the potatoes in the steamer for 4 minutes on the manual high setting. Perform a quick release.
2Drain the potatoes and return them to the Instant Pot.
Add the butter and cream, and season with salt and pepper.
Use a hand mixer to mash the potatoes in the Instant Pot.
