Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine the water, sugar, and salt.
Bring the mixture to a boil. Let it boil for 2 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat and allow it to cool to room temperature.
Add the lemon juice and mix well.
Pour the lemonade over ice and garnish with lemon slices if desired.
