Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F
Place all ingredients except the pie shell in a mixing bowl.
Mix well until combined and smooth.
Pour the filling into the pie shell.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and bake for 30 minutes or until knife inserted into the center of the pie filling comes out clean.
