Instructions
Chop the cabbage into bite-size pieces.
Stovetop Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a large pot.
Cook over low heat until the cabbage is very tender.
Instant Pot Instructions
Place all ingredients in the Instant Pot
and stir.
Lock the lid and set the Instant Pot on high for 10 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally for 15 to 20 minutes.
Slow Cooker Instructions
Place all ingredients in a Crockpot or slow cooker and stir to combine.
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
