Shrimp Company Casserole
This easy to make shrimp casserole combines onions, peppers, cream of mushroom soup, and cooked rice.

Ingredients

cooked shrimp
peeled and deveined

sharp Cheddar cheese

condensed cream of mushroom soup

chopped green bell pepper

Instructions
Mix first four ingredients together. Saute green peppers, green onions, and celery in butter. Add to shrimp mixture. Put into a long flat casserole and cover the top with lemon slices. Cook covered for about 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
