This golden pound cake is an easy cake to make with pudding and cake mix. You can eat as is or use it for strawberry shortcake.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour a 10-inch tube or bundt pan.
Blend all ingredients in a large bowl, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour the batter into the cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45-55 minutes, until center springs back when lightly touched.
Cool right side up for about 25 minutes, then remove the cake from the pan.
Golden Pound Cake Glaze
Blend 1 cup powdered sugar with either 2 tablespoons of milk or 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and drizzle over cake.
