Cake Melt butter and cocoa. Pour the rest of ingredients in and mix with the exception of the nuts, add last, and mix again. Pour into an 8 x 11-inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
Place marshmallows on top and place cake back into the hot oven to soften the marshmallows. Remove from oven and press together.
Icing Instructions
In a medium-sized bowl combine powdered sugar, vanilla, butter, milk, and cocoa. Mix with a mixer until well blended. Frost cake with the icing.
