Place Brussel sprouts in a bowl, drizzle oil over them. Stir to coat the Brussel Sprouts.
Season with either salt or seasoned salt.
Place cut vegetables into the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes check to see the Brussel Sprouts are tender. If they are tender (if not cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes at 350 degrees), raise the temperature to 400 degrees, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes longer.
Conventional Oven
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Wash Brussel sprouts, and pat dry.
Remove loose leaves, and cut the stem end off.
Cut Brussel Sprouts in half.
Place Brussel sprouts in a bowl, drizzle oil over them. Stir to coat the Brussel Sprouts.
Season with either salt or seasoned salt.
Add just enough oil to a baking sheet to make a very thin layer in the pan.
Place Brussel Sprouts cut side down.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the Brussel Sprouts are tender and brown.
