This easy copycat Chicken Salad Chick Pasta Salad is tangy, briny, and fresh, packed with artichokes, olives, and feta, and tossed in a bold Italian dressing.
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Rinse with cold water and refrigerate until chilled.
In a small bowl, combine the Italian dressing, Italian seasoning, artichoke hearts, and black olives. Mix well.
Pour the dressing mixture over the chilled pasta. Add the feta and Parmesan and toss to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and ground black pepper if desired.
