Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Prepare potatoes according to the package directions. Add 1/2 cup butter. Let cool slightly.
Mix all ingredients together and pour it into an 8x8-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake for 20-30 minutes. Top with bacon bits if desired.
