3/4cuphalf-and-halfor substitute with whole milk or a mix of milk and cream
Instructions
In a mixing cup or shaker, combine the espresso, vanilla syrup, and caramel syrup. Stir or shake to blend. Add ice to the mixing cup to chill the mixture.
Drizzle the caramel sauce down the interior walls of a large serving glass and add ice.
Strain the chilled espresso mixture over the ice and top with half-and half until the glass is nearly full. Stir gently to combine. Finish with a generous drizzle of caramel sauce on top.
