Ingredients

Foam Topping

  • ½ cup coconut cream or non‑dairy creamer
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

Base Drink

  • 12 ounces cream soda per serving
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butterscotch syrup
  • 3 teaspoons caramel syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon butter extract McCormick Butterbeer flavor if available

Instructions

  • Make the foam topping: In a small bowl, whisk together non-dairy creamer, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
  • Make the base drink: In a cocktail shaker, combine soda, butterscotch syrup, caramel syrup, and butter extract, and stir with a bar spoon until well blended.
  • Assemble: Pour the base drink into a chilled mug, and spoon the foam on top.
