Instructions
Combine all the ingredients for the Big Mac sauce in a bowl and mix well. For best flavor, let the sauce rest for 1 hour before using.
In a small bowl, soak the dried minced onion in 3 tablespoons of warm water until the onions are rehydrated and soft, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Divide the ground beef into four equal portions. Form each portion into a thin patty. Thoroughly cook the patties in a medium skillet over medium-high heat and season with salt and pepper. Drain any excess grease from the pan.
Transfer the patties to a plate to cool slightly and cut each patty in half.
To assemble the wraps, lay the tortillas on a clean surface. On each tortilla, add:A thin layer of Big Mac sauce1/4 of the shredded lettuceA few pickle slices2 half-patties1/4 of the reconstituted minced onions2 slices of American cheeseAnother drizzle of Big Mac sauce
Fold each tortilla as a wrap and serve immediately.
