Sauté the onion and red bell pepper in olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. When the onions become translucent, add the marinara sauce, crushed tomatoes, and hot cherry peppers. Turn the heat down to a simmer.
Brown the ground beef and Italian sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
Transfer the ground meat to the large pot with the sauce. Add the pepperoni and Italian seasoning and simmer for about 20 minutes.
While the sauce is simmering, prepare the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
