Spread cream cheese in the bottom of an 8x10-inch pan.
Spread chili on top of the cream cheese.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Please note it is recommended to use canned chili such as Hormel or Wolf brand. You can use homemade chili con carne.Serve chili cheese dip with tortilla chips, jalapeno pepper slices, and top it with chopped onion if desired.
