These copycat Totino's Pizza Rolls taste even better than the original! Made with wonton wrappers for that signature crispy shell, filled with real mozzarella cheese, zesty pepperoni, and pizza sauce. Ready in 30 minutes and perfect for parties, game day, or satisfying those late-night cravings!
In a medium bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, and chopped pepperoni. Mix well.
Lay a wonton wrapper on a flat surface in a diamond shape. Place a heaping spoonful of the cheese and pepperoni mixture in the center. Avoid overfilling. Dip your fingertip in water and lightly moisten the edges of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner up over the filling to form a triangle. Fold in the left and right corners toward the center. Fold the top corner down, creating an envelope shape. Press all edges firmly to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
To strengthen the seal of the wrappers, let the pizza rolls sit for 5 to 10 minutes or freeze for 10 to 15 minutes.
In a deep heavy-bottomed pot, heat the oil to 350°F to 375°F.
Fry the pizza rolls in small batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side until deeply golden brown and crispy.
Transfer to a paper towel–lined plate to drain. Serve hot, accompanied by extra pizza sauce for dipping.
