jalapenos
washed, sliced in half and seeds removed

cream cheese

shredded cheddar cheese

teaspoon
chipotle powder

bacon

little smokies
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Wash and cut the jalapenos in half. Scoop out seeds and pith if you desire a less spicy popper.
In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Stir in chipotle powder.
Fill each jalapeno half with about 1 to 2 teaspoons of the cheese mixture.
Place 1 smokie in each jalapeno.
Wrap jalapeno with a half slice of bacon.
Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the bacon is fully cooked and the pepper is tender.
