Ingredients

fresh tomatoes
roughly chopped

onion
sliced thin
▢

cups
chicken stock
or vegetable stock
▢

teaspoon
Italian Blend seasoning
▢
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place roughly chopped tomatoes and sliced onions into a medium-sized pot.
Add chicken stock and Italian seasoning.
Cover and cook over medium heat for approximately 25 minutes.
Blend soup smooth with either an immersion blender or by placing the soup into a blender and blending until smooth.
Taste soup and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
